A lot rapists will rape and rape again, there are men who are systematically raping young women & minors to force them into prostitution. The legal system needs to be reformed about law concerning rape, it's outdated and actually comes from Ancient Roman Law, it regards women as the property of the state & women are not property, we are human beings not chattel. It needs clearer definition of ' No Consent '. I never stood a chance with my rapes. Rape is the only crime where victim is on trial.
