Eve: Domionion sov changes.

I recorded a month of the sovereignty map to see how much change there would be with the new expansion.

You should extend this to 2 months, it would be INCREDIBLY interesting seeing as exactly 2 months afterwards GoonSwarm and legion fo xxDeathxx didn't have enough ISK int he correct waller to maintain sov and they both dropped huge chunks of space.
