@junkers1337 Halliburton succeeded in Iraq. If by 'we' you mean the populations of USA or allied countries I would have to disagree. The WMD story was a blatant lie and fuel prices are through the roof so what did 'we' win? 'We' lost hundreds of billions of $ on it. 'we' lost troops there. 'We' committed war crimes and created many new enemies.
Mission Accomplished!

@junkers1337 In a way, but the present government will fall soon. That will make a better USA and a better world at that.

@cookiemonster9052 Though we have somewhat succeeded in Iraq, we are at a lost in Afghanistan. We should have taken a lesson from the only two groups to have ever conquered Afghanistan. Alexander the Great's army and the Mongols. They only were able to do so by committing what we would consider war crimes today.

@junkers1337 We actually have. You can still have democracy along with imperialism. We became an empire when the Korean War started, that wasn't to free Korea. It was to gain a strong foothold in Asia because Communist China. We took islands in the Pacific and used it for Atomic weapons testing. Now we're invading Iraq and Afghanistan for a lot of their resources.

Funny, we have not even entered the Empire stage yet. After all, Rome was a democracy before it became an Empire.

Change our Thinking and get rid of the Greedy Power Hungry Military. We can blow up the World, the U.S. and have more Military Power than all the countries in the world-TWICE. So how much do we NEED? We have starving Humans, Homelessness, Boy oh Boy Christmas Time everybodys Peace and Brotherhood. what Gives?

War is inevitable as long as there are people telling other people how to live. When everyone learns how to govern themselves and governments become extinct then and only then will war stop on the large scale. Packs destroy individuals don't.

Absolutely LOVE this interview. Maybe we might have a chance at peace after all the old bigots die off--in another 150 years.
