It tells the story of a young couple struggling to have a baby in a world where overpopulation is rampant. In fact, for every child born an adult must volunteer to die.

I actually really liked this movie. Sam Riley was still really good and was amazed by Ryan Philipe.

Hi, unfortunately the song was written by the director Gerald McMarrow, obviously to save money on royalty fee's due to being an independent movie. The track your referring to is entitled 'third face' and was composed by Hein Hoven. that is all the information I have sorry.
