  • @Imakesnaps Hey i love that painting :) very nice !

  • @lilvietkiidd thanks for checking it out... I looked at your site, you're nice, do good work. Hope you're happy in the US... been to VN? I love it there. I can't do without VN food.

  • @Imakesnaps thankyou :) yeah im going to vietnam in 2weeks , cant wait. last time i was there was 6years ago , well you take care of yourself :)

  • @lilvietkiidd glad you're heading back... love to hear some about your trip when you get home.

  • Thanks for sharing the lacqeur painting. I was telling my little girls the Trưng sisters story to help inspire them through the hard work and found your post to be a very useful visual aid. It woul be nice if you could share a larger picture of it!

On some languague comments, please know that Viet is an Austroasiatic languague with 6 tonal inflexions. It doesn't share a common root with Chinese in ethnolingistic origin. Read up before making comments that Viet is "like" Chinese.

  • @ZocoLat Yes, it would be nice to show the entire lacquer painting in one picture but it's too large. About language- I don't suggest that Vietnamese language is "like" Chinese. Maybe you were thinking of another video you saw somewhere else.

  • Bravo..I`m viet..and I am 100% agree with you on your last sentence" let the viets do our job"...lol true..my ancietors fought against chinese for 1000 thousands of years...bravo..bravo..there was one quote from a really famous general" they can defeat us, but they can never destroy our spirits." and one of the worse enemies of all time is the chinese"

  • Thank you for seeing it the way the Vietnamese people see it! Almost all of the Vietnam War films are told from the outsider point of view - in this case 'the American officials'
