Fantasy football aside, it was still pretty lame and I'm an Eagles fan

Ok, it's 10-6... if he scores there it's 17-6, a two possesion game. Plus, Dallas doesn't have any timeouts left. Even if Dallas scores after getting the ball, they would have to go for two, get it, recover the onside kick and hit a field goal to tie. This really only took like 12 seconds off the clock, to the two minute warning. The Eagles probably scored on the next play anyway. I'm not disagreeing with the move, I'm just saying it wasn't completely necessary.

The Cowboys were out of timeouts. The Eagles took a knee a few times and ran out the clock. What you said would need to happen for the Cowboys to comeback has a very small chance of happening but Westbrook making that move ensured that there was no chance it would happen.

i think their job is to win the real football games and not to make ensure their fantasy "owners" win. perhaps im wrong.
