  • Yeah you'll get enormously big and ripped by following this tip, but you're definitely not going to be healthy and live long in the long run. Most bodybuilders don't make it by the age of 80. And if they do they eventually have to take a lot of medication from the doctor to survive. At the end of the day getting big and massive is not even worth it. I say Jack Lalane is the best example for good health and bodybuilding tips.

  • @mmmmmmmmmmhhhhhh It's a fast digesting carb i.e. it spikes your insulin levels and its energy doesn't last for long time. It easily turns to fat. Slow digesting carbs gives you energy through out the day.

  • @LEGITfromCA the starchous are bad for you(because if u eat too much of them, u get fat), and fibrous carbs are very very good for you - that's the difference.

  • whats the difference between starchous and fibrous carbs?

  • The nicest bodybuilder on the planet! Anybody told you this guy is friendly was not telling the truth this guy is not friendly but "VERY FRIENDLY".

  • why is corn bad for you??

  • @alandalus1 Okay so take some steroid and eat 1 meal a day just for the fun to see if food are really important or if it's just about taking som roids... see ya next year with you're fag-ass shape ;)

  • Fine Ronnie but NOBODY under 6 ft. tall weighs 250+lbs. with 3-4% bodyfat without taking steroids and other performance enhancing drugs. Whomever believes that lifting weights and eating "good old muscle foods" i.e. lean meats and fish, vegetables, sweet potatoes and rice, some fruits etc... alone is going to make you look like a Mr. Olympia contestant is DELUSIONAL. Professional bodybuilders ALL take drugs throughout your entire careers. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Admit the TRUTH.
