Where did you mount the radiator? I am curious to see. I am planning on doing this same conversion to mine soon.

@bahabandit Radiator is mounted where the spare tire went. 1 1/4" pipes are run underneath the car. Cooling was my biggest issue. The long pipes put too much back pressure on the small water pump. Like my brother I would now get rid of the storage compartment behind the back seat by cutting it out and inverting it. this opened up the engine bay almost to the back seat! He then mounted the radiator right over where the engine and transaxle meet. He has had no cooling problems.

@herbienbrian2 yeah, its water. I had just washed the car. I think the alternator cooling blade was blowing the water around.
