  • Have tested these on boot camps with various fitness levels, great out the box thinking - one negative, i advise people not to do the wheelbarrow with decondtioned people, almost certain to get at least one injury from this exercise PS - for worriesover injuries regarding jumping over plank etc, they do not have to jump over the legs, i had them doing the exercise NEAR the legs

  • I think it's great for conditioned clients. Very unsafe with the jumping over the other person doing a plank if not.

  • Some interesting stuff there. The jumps over plank look potentially a little dangerous to me. Misjudge that and you have a spinal injury to deal with.

  • you really don't need the trainer standing there doing nothing, just the two demonstrating.
