So I used the money cheat and map 061 this time. I'm sure a Megalopolis is possible without zone stacking... I'm just 50K short!

@redheaddavey when it starts to develop houses, bulldoze the houses on part of the row, then build a new cell on top of it, where it shouldn't normally be, like doubled up

Destroy some hospitals dont need alot of industries honstly some of ur park area i believe can turn into resident area

i also like to make donuts but also use straight roads

061 is my fav.

The donut block method doesn't work very well, the zone you place in the middle of the donut (usually police department) has less effect because there's no road or rail touching it.
