no mate, Denny's the best! keep watching the videos...if you've got your own bag, check out some wing chun and shaolin videos...learn different punching techniques, try some exercises, they'll help too, like doing push ups on your knuckles, especially push-away push ups (where you push yourself off the ground)...they're all good for developing that explosive power you need for a knock-out punch ;-)

  • @jimaldo64

thanks man you the best cheers

  • @Mr261194

    in a word...NO

the only thing that'll make your punch have more impact is to work on your technique, doesn't matter whether you use a heavy bag or no bag for that, get the technique down first. once you have the proper technique, it won't matter to you whether the bag weighs 220 pounds or 220 kilos. if you got technique, you will always hurt the bag more than the bag hurts you ;-)

  • @Dwaynerobinson try video to mp3

  • Great punching and great training. I appreciate your videos...would really appreciate any feedback you can give on my boxing workout video.

  • Great workout. Work so much harder with someone else calling the shots and pushing you!
