@msgtretired00ron cool. I ll see what i can get to before the trials are closed for the season. My riding partner went up Tejon few weeks ago with bunch of MX riders and had a nasty spill and fractured his wrist, so he's hesitant to go up again. whatever i do I am doing it alone, so i gotta pick my poison carefully. :)
@reallygoodfreshjerky Whata is not bad. there is a short series of step up switchback, and a rutted loose section. but not bad. going down is much easier though.
@msgtretired00ron finally got a chance to go up Tejon, Not a bad trail once you get used to the cliff side exposure. I was alone and was late in day so I turned around right before the rock section. My plan was to go up Tejon connect to whata and then take the fire road to the top & come back down via fraizer. After seeing this video i may just go up fraizer instead as I dont know how bad Whata gets, plus its deeper into the forrest and maybe harder to recover in case of crash.
@reallygoodfreshjerky This trail is slightly different than tejon. Where Tejon runs across the side of the mountain approx half way up. where East frazier climbs fairly quickly, via a series of switchbacks up to near the top. East Frazier seems wider than Tejon and even though higher up the mountain, seems like less extreme exposure to cliffsides. the views from atop are nice!.
Did this trail last week! Loved it!
