The Electric Blanket costs $25-$35 US
The PPPM (pedal generator) Costs $150-$250 US depending on whether you buy new parts.

You DB have inspired me to create my owm PPPM. I will be posting the one I created soon. A 60 Watt 12 volt light bulb is a chore to operate. A 65 watt 19 inch color television is do-able but a chore, once you get past the inrush current.
