@duhru4real - Maybe Steve the Ass doesn't know how to condition a horse!....ever stop to think about the training, and conditioning?.....she was primed for her oaks race, and ran outstanding in 2009 because of MR.WIGGINS early conditiong. we saw what Steve the Ass did for 2010....so go blow smoke up someone else's ass you useless troll.

I know I'm really late to this coversation but here's something I have to say. If all of you guys are horse racing fan, especially one person. I wouldn't call Rachel ANYTHING. She has done what she has supposed to do and thats to run and do her best at everytime she races. She lost couple of races but she never place last. She placed 2nd 3 times in 2010 which is not bad. She didn't do anything to you to call her Overrated. She's a good horse and that's it. She had the heart to prove it.

@justmyblindluck The only one who was really lucky was overrated overhyped Rachel. She busted into the scene when 2009 has one of the weakest ever 3 year old males and really sorry handicap division in Macho Again..WOW..talk about being lucky.

TOO BAD THAT LUCK HAS RUN OUT. Even Allowance type horses like Persistently is showing why RACHEL is WAY OVERRATED.

@tjjlm444 It's not fair to compare Turf horses with dirt horses. The past 2 BC's have totally discombobulated racing. Only the discombobulated keep arguing results that have little meaning. And we all know who they are.

@justmyblindluck That OP race where Zenyatta was lugging horribly while beating Ginger Punch was probably GP's worst race in her career. A similar effort vs real competitors would probably have Zenyatta DQ'd. I'm telling ya Zenyatta is as lucky as she is good. And you know what they say: It's better to be lucky than good. When I think of Zenyatta I think sheltered, pampered, restricted, inconclusive, late coming ( meaning no 2-3 yr stakes races), swiss cheese of a career.

@jermocide22 Who's season was forced? Both horses season's were forced. In fact one should have retired having beaten males 3 times. The other should have retired unbeaten albeit vs females never having faced males much less facing them on dirt. This lugging one dimension horse has no chance on dirt vs G1 males. She will not race vs G1 males on dirt.

@jermocide22 She shouldn't have come back PERIOD! Too bad Moss UNRETIRED ZENYATTA which forced JJ to keep racing Rachel. Like I said, she was good but not great and the reason for her avoiding the 2009 classic is obvious. They know she can't win that race on dirt, turf, synth or whatever. The plastic sounded good though lol

@duhru4real : Yes, her whole season was forced. She should've been brought back in May for her 2010 season. Then, all this BS wouldn't exist !!!
