确实是这样,好吃的东西不一定要贵,事实上大多数好吃的东西都不

@alfaexpress Actually... one 斤 is half a kg, you're thinking 公斤.
500g plain/all-purp flour, lard (or oil other than olive) 3 tbl spn, half a bunch of Chinese shallots, half tsp of salt.
Stir flour with 1 cup boiling water, follow up with about half cup of cold water, knead until it's a 'ball', put in plastic bag with oil for 20 minutes.
Spread into one giant pancake, smear with lard/oil, sprinkle chopped shallot liberally.
Roll into tight sausage and break into chunks, flatten, fry.
