Ummm..... This is not good 4 guineas! They r trying to not drown, not swim!

I don't think guinea pigs were made for swimming lol o.o However, I do bathe mine and they don't mind it (luke warm water, and tearless baby shampoo) :)
-
i dont think you should let them swim, you can put them in luke warm water if they can reach the bottom to wash them, but not like that, if you do wash them in a big area, definately put a platform where they can EASILY climb up if they get tired

@triedandtrue142 Yes, i would agree with you on the fact guinea pigs don't like water and stuff. However, 'THEIR MOUTHS ARE ON THE BOTTOM' is not a valid argument. this layout also displayed in the capybara, the cousin of the guinea pig, is a great way to have nose eyes and ears out of the water at the same time. so they can hear see and breath.

man you are stupid... "yay" the guinea pigs are drowning and your saying yay! idiot
-
they can die!, think about that next time you almost kill'd animals/guinea pigs!

GUINEA PIGS HATE WATER. THEYRE PRAIRIE ANIMALS. THEY HAVE FAT BODIES WITH TINY FEET. THEIR MOUTHS ARE ON THE BOTTOM. THEYRE NOT SWIMMING.THEYRE TRYING NOT TO DROWN.YOU APPARENTLY HAVE NO PARENTS SO PLEASE TAKE YOURSELF TO THE LIBRARY AND READ ABOUT THEM.UNLESS YOUVE ALREADY PUT THEM OUT OF THEIR MISERY.

That is way to much water, Also, you shouldn't have the water running, They will get serious ear infection..Start off with little water..

@Wusi2009 i'm pretty sure, those animals are GUINEA PIGS and not hamsters...
Advice; I let my Guinea pig in the wawa :3 and he loves it. But you can't just drop 'em in some water thats deep as fuck to them, I put just a little water in. And let him walk around and get use to it. Then after awhile let him actually swim.
If you reall loved your piggy you'd be better.
