101010 Lime Tapse

On 101010, I had planned on filming for 24 hours straight. However due to many a malfunction this did not happen. So instead, I've put together a short timelapse video of the party I was at when the day had begun.

I used two cameras, one 550D and one NV-GS500. The aspect ratio changes; a: full 720p 50fps on the 550D considered this to be wasteful, I was pretty wasted, dropped it down to the next lowest setting which is something like 640 x 480, then the last section is the stuff shot on the mini DV at PAL standard 16:9.

Did you just use the one camera or was more than one used to keep filming when the first camera was low on battery?

@AeroMad91 I used two cameras, One was a miniDV 3CCD with one tape and one battery. The other was my 550D with three spare batteries and over 20GB worth of memory cards. I changed between them but the rate the batteries would deplete would far outweigh the time it would take to charge one. Next time I will be grabbing buckets of batteries.

@konradsenerdumme Indeed it is ;) Music group I'm involved with released an album on the same day - The Electro Freaks - (called the terrible two's because it was our second comp and 10 is 2 in binary) But I snuck in a little Easter egg on the album cover - at the bottom it says '42 - The Meaning of Electro'. I'm so geeky.
