Features "A Live Badger," Chris Squire's "Fish out of Water," "The Steve Howe Album" and Trevor Rabin's "90124." Listen closely to hear me rhyme "blow" with "blow"!

  • "Yes is a band with albums and people in it." Best band description ever!

  • No love for Wakeman's Journey to the Center of the Earth?

    Good! It fucking blows.

  • I've got Fish Out of Water, and it's fucking awesome!

  • Are you drunk?I am.

  • Wow this makes me realize that I really don't need more Yes music in my life. I was such a fan in my late teens-early twenties but it sounds really dated and formulaic to me now. Not to mention stuff like Spock's Beard and Flower Kings who really know how to contradict a genre (progressive rock = sounding EXACTLY like our parents did in the early seventies only worse). I still like some Yes songs though. Good review.

  • Well done, one of your best yet- consign pompous trivial vanity chaw to your micro-review format with we, the consumer's valuable time in mind.

  • "Fish" is okay, but never got me excited. You were right about the "Howe" album - it blows. I hadn't heard "90124", but Rabin's "Can't Look Away" is decent album that I enjoy.
