July 6th 1977. This date is infamously known to Floyd fans as the end of the In The Flesh/Animals tour and features the absolute WORST audience Pink Floyd ever played for. They're loud, rude, obnoxious and overall were just there to screw around and not listen to the music. This bootleg showcases why Roger Waters began to write and build "The Wall" and also showcases in audio form how he spit on a fan who was trying to get close to them. Pink Floyd would not perform live again until 1980.
I remember when someone lit off a firecracker bomb during one of the opening shows of 'Pros and cons of Hitchhiking' and Roger's reaction. Judging from the bootlegs there were a lot of knuckleheads and fireworks during the Animals tour - before my time though.
