How to make a basic Minecraft mob (NPC)[1.7.3]

This tutorial is about how to code your own non-player character, and give it a custom texture! This tutorial only shows how to make a basic mob, so the mob has the same model as a player, but in the future I may make a tutorial on custom mob models. Enjoy!

In a future tutorial I will show how to add some custom characteristics to your mob, such as making it give you an item when you right click on it, or making them burn in the sunlight.
