Set "StartPosition" to "CenterScreen" If you wish
Delete the name! If you name your app, It will be closable
Set "ShowInTaskbar" to "False".
Set "ShowIcon" to "False".
Set "FormBorderStyle" to "FixedDialog".
Set "ControlBox" to "False".
Set "TopMost" to "True" If you wish to have It on top of every other open programs!
When you have followed all the instructions then it should work!
You can make more to it if you wish! I made a button and a messagebox.
