Is it "tip tap"? I'm trying to learn it but I do it much slower. I can't coordinate my feet, when one foot is before the cone the other is after it, right? I put all of them before and then after... I must practice more XD :)

I don't see how this step is a 9. This looks a lot harder than a 9. This looks like it would be harder than X and should be step 25 or so. Thanks for the videos though. I've learned a lot from them. I'm working on the Back Double Crazy.
