The Truth About Fur

The fur ads you might see in magazines and commercials portray fur coats as a symbol of elegance. But these ads fail to show how the original owners of these coats met their gruesome deaths.

Millions of fur-bearing animals including foxes, raccoons, minks, coyotes, bobcats, lynxes, opossums, nutria, beavers, muskrats, otters, and others are killed each year on fur farms by anal and vaginal electrocution, drowning, suffocating, beating, trapping, and being skinned alive.

Most of these animals are kept in 2.5 foot long steel cages stacked on top of one another, not fed, watered, or treated for any injuries. They are left with no protection nor medical needs until the fur farmers take them out to brutally and slowly murder them to sell to companies to make fashion accessories and clothing.

What would you let happen just to get that fur coat you've always wanted?

The notion that animals are somehow “skinned alive” is nothing short of absolutely laughable and glaringly shows how ignorant and gullible people can be. This is the Animal Rights movement at it's most DESPERATE!

Fur bearing animals do not get skinned alive. The ONE video clip (7 years old now) of the ONE raccoon dog getting skinned alive was pretty much proven to be staged by the animal rights group the SAP.

Also, most of the world’s farmed fur is produced by European farmers - google it.

The way I see it, hunting is a necessity. not only to feed my family/friends, but population control, I would love it if there were less people on the planet so we wouldn't have to kill as many animals to feed the masses but that is just how it is. I hunt for food, population control, and eradication of pests on my property. somehow these are labeled as sport.
