  • @ gyia I definitely see your point camarada... To intercept a kick as it's coming in is difficult at best but I have had it done to me. In this video we were exploring the application of the Meia Lua de Frente as a trave. Muay Boran has a similar technique. With that being said I agree with you that the technique needs to be pressure tested. Thank you for your comment.

I really appreciate the energy whether positive or negative I can deal with constructive criticism and I definitely don't expect people to take what I do on face value. What I am presenting are interpretations of techniques that have worked for me in various sparring situations. Take what's useful and move around...
