Thumbs up if they should ban this song from being played.

i appreciate you have little room, but constant moving of the head and feet are key to working the angles needed in fighting and burning those extra calories when hitting a bag. again excellent speed, just keep the hands up and head moving. finally hitting the bag coming toward u may not be great for your wrists in the long run, picking your shots is more important then lots of flurries.

dont move your legs just hold it still

your hands are in a good position before you punch, but then you drop them before every punch you're gonna lose a lot of power that way keep your hands up, it's something I've worked on myself a lot.
-
keep your hands near your head never start punchfrom your stomach also go straight back not down with your hand
-
your hands goes to the floor when u hit, and trying to punch at that speed makes you punch really light, don't do that
-
Do u really think everyone is gana think you are cool by putting your hood on ?

Guard Down :/ and the punsh over and over again in the body not a the face :P

I got some criticism for you... Get a sparring partner that can whoop the shit out of you. spar with him 3 days, then match him 1 day. When he kicks your ass, you get tougher. Practice form and good luck lol

@stevensontour Thank you so much, Im 15 and have been hitting it when its coming back with ufc gloves and messing up my wrists haha that just saved me alot of pain.

@stevensontour your supposed to hit the bag while its coming toward you.. or while its coming toward your fist. thats called "working the bag" i have taken Boxing and that is what every teacher tells you.. do not hit the bag when its going away from you.. that isnt good training.

You should hang the bag higher and aim to where your head would be standing next to the bag. You'll get used to throwing body shots all the time and misjudge the distance to your oponent's head. And forget the combos as long as you don't pull your hands back on guard after each strike. In my experience, the way you train is the way you fight (with some exceptions) so concentrate more on quality and less on quantity. Good luck!
i was 16 when i made this video, 17 now . gotten a lot better with combos, strikes, kicks, knees, and balance. maybe i'll post another video soon for feedback .
