Thank the tax payer. Not the WVSP. If you work and own anything in WV. the troopers will hate you. They are very impolite, unprofessional, arogant, and down right lazy.

Yea I would rather have one that isnt expired, but I would take an expired one over no vest at all if there wasnt any other option.

Most of the state troopers I know were former Army or Marines. They're pretty cool.
