  • I firts heard Country Livin' on chris rock's movie "I think I love my wife. The song instantly caught my attention so much..that i had to fast forward to the end of the movie . once i found who the singer was ..i looked her up..and fell in love with the whole CD. This was back in 2007. I listen to the Cd all of the time..and i'm black.

  • I wonder.. I'm a big fan of Esthero. How did Breath From Another do on any charts back in '98?

  • Reminds me of Bjork a little, I like it.

  • it has all the elements of everything good in 98.... I saw them live in 98, trumpets, amazing bass, her haunting voice, even tasteful scratch....

  • She rocks, the band rocks, this video gets it done.

  • Now that's a singer !

  • Csn you imagine Rihanna trying to sing this type of stuff? I cringe at the thought... There is no mention of penis and the repition of yeah, oh, ah, nah, eh, and baby, to cover for the fact that she can't sing.

  • Reminds me of a John Cage jam.

  • @lagirl68 i love esthero and im black also...she is the deal. im glad people are noticing her from some of her songs that are in movies. been listening to her since 1998

  • oldie but a goodie, eh! Yes, she is Canadian, from around Toronto I think. Breathe From Another was a collab with a musician/producer guy from Minneapolis, I think, going by the name of "Doc". The record was actually recorded at Doc's studio and they submitted it as a "demo" to the label...which said, uhhhh, it's too good to be a demo, we're selling it as is! Which is unheard of these days to have such a technically advanced recording go from home to broadcast, with no label intervention!

  • @Statik1482 Indies can.
