  • I think the Berlin Philharmonic is the best right now in the world. You have to take in consideration that Classical music overall is still extremely popular in Europe as a whole, which requires a different type of dedication. Do not get my wrong I think the New York Phil is great as well, but Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, and San Fransico are all great too. Here is America, Pop culture requires us not to focus on Classical music as a society in general.

  • Yup, they felt that one.

  • @KnottPatriot shouldn't be looked at as a competition of who's the best, shared love of music is all that matters

  • @CSjuggling Ist a regular german bass trombone. But at very big one of ist kind

  • I have a dream of having a trombone I can not afford more maybe someone out of my parents I'm Brazilian ajudase my phone 0217581256374

  • @KnottPatriot I agree, and it's too bad because there are so many great pieces out there that people won't hear. I encourage everyone in America to listen to NPR and go see the professional orchestra nearest to them. Go. Listen. Feel :D it's all a wonderful part of the human experience

  • wonderful piece. what type of bass trombone is he playing at 0:10 ?

  • Its very difficult part of the trombones especially for the alt trombone because they don't play at 1-3 movements and at the 4th movement the alt trombone has a pianissimo with very high notes. Here its such a beautiful playing of this section.

  • what kind of mouthpiece is the bass trombone player using?

  • My favorite trombone excerpt. I love the natural slur up to that high Eb.
