The track that's looped continually is the bass and guitar from "I Will" played backwards.
Thom yorke wrote this song and then sang the entire song backwards. This was recorded, then played that recording backwards so that it becomes forward again.Sometimes, during the song, Thom's pronunciation sounds a little off and explains why some words merge together.
