Well the blender started to struggle so I added carrot juice and I could only use half of the kale. My blender was not powerful enough to make it truly smooth, way too many little bits that were not pleasant to drink. I added water to thin it out. I'm sorry to say I did not care for the flavor but I really tried several times. I have not given up on green smoothies but I need to do something with a lighter taste and texture. I've added spinach to fruit smoothies with success before.
