紅燒鱈魚

「 高捷 」

食材:
鱈魚1大片、蒜仁6顆、洋蔥1顆(去皮切條)、青蔥1根(切絲)、辣椒2根

調味料:
米酒、醬油、糖

做法
1. 於鱈魚上灑少許鹽巴醃漬3分鐘,後用紙巾吸乾水分。

2. 起鍋熱油,放入鱈魚油煎至單面上色後翻面。

3. 同上鍋,鱈魚翻面後放入洋蔥、整顆蒜仁、辣椒段,在鍋中一邊煎一邊爆香,並淋入米酒、醬油和1匙半糖、少許水調味收汁。

4. 同上鍋,煮至入味上色後,取出盛盤灑上青蔥絲裝飾即完成。
