pcsx2 on nvidia 7300 gt AGP (WWE HERE COMES THE PAIN)

this is to show u peep how pcsx2 work on a old crap pc like mine my system specification are (amd athlon 3200+ single processor , nvidia 7300 gt 512 mb agp card , 2 GB of ram) right now i'm using pcsx2 playground i'm getting 20 - 25 fps and the game is quite playable i used camtasia studio for the screen capturing this video so fps is lagging a lot but actually the game is playable i used the graphics config GSDX 9 with all the settings turn up to max so that can get the real ps2 look but if i reduce all the settings i can't see any diff in my frame rate and peep who using pcsx2 i wanna ask you this if i upgrade my procesor to amd athlon X2 6000+ could i see any diff in my frame rate please help me thanx..
