Unfuckingreal.
Busse gave you a superb knife (and the best blade steel available) to work with, but it takes some serious skill to put that kind of edge on it. NICE WORK!

It is grabbing because it is sharp and the edge geometry was thinned down. No wire edge there buddy. Stropped with green compound for the final finish.
