@coygurlaroundaworld They don't need to only buy "black products" mainstream products will work just fine and never grease that child's hair! Her hair appears to be very curly so just make sure you put a good amount of conditioner (like herbal essence) in her hair and comb it from the tips to the roots. After that put a leave in conditioner and style it as you want. She is absolutely precious by the way!

Pete, your baby is so cute. Please love her unconditionaly and don't be one of those white parents with Black children who does not know how to comb kinky hair. Find a black woman to braid her little afro. Buy "Black Tress" and Essence magazine to figure this ethnic hair issue out. Go the Black side of town and find a Black beauty shop. Stop by the local Walmart and buy some Afro-sheen, in order to grease the baby's head. If you don't know what I'm talking about, find a Sista to
help you out.
