@yostytoasty234 - Dont mean to rude but this knowledge is what you gain when you start vocal traning, doesnt make me a nerd it just means I've learnt my trade, try vocal training yourself, you might understand where I'm coming from. Just annoys me sometimes that x-factor will jump up people that cant sing but instead just have good looks and nothing particularly special or fresh for music, meanwhile those who've done the hard work dont even get recognition for doing it. That's all :)

@SuperMrWolverine - If could sing then he wouldn't say the word 'river' like r-i-i-v-e-e-e-r. He starts saying the word 'river' at the bottom end of his head range and because he doesn't know how to dump the weight of head voice to ease into chest voice his voice breaks several times as he tries to force himself into chest voice. Plus he pulls his head up and squints his eyes everytime he wants to go into a higher note - poor technique - Doesn't this show have it's own vocal trainer?

@SuperMrWolverine - Taken but you seem to forget that its a show about young people doing covers i.e. taking a song and bringing it down to the contestants and letting them interpret it in their own way. But I see what you mean, you can hear his nerves a common feature in all of his performances plus he has almost no range and such struggles to get the notes out. I dont even think he has a singing voice, he shouts to try to reach the higher notes, he cant ad lib and his voice breaks hear 'river'
