It´s an important vid. Many people are concerned about their finances in a crisis while they seem to totally forget that it´s the things that they want to buy that really matter. You can´t eat gold, can you?

Yes the last 3-min's of this is very true ...
basically we here in the us have 4 food companys that are food is comming from ,do some homework on this what you will find out is the farmers are getting the shaft by the buyers they sell to and you also will find that there's something very wrong such as how chickens an how they live there whole lifes in darkness , like anti said this will take a long time - do some homework you will see for your self's

Lentils, man, lentils! Don't forget them. They're cheap, they go a long way, they pack a huge bang for the buck in terms of nutrition, and they don't take up a lot of space. They're one of the most widely grown food crops in the world; everybody grows them. Read up on the different kinds; the different colors have different ratios of food groups; you'll want the highest in protein (I think its the green ones, I might be wrong)

Never buy anything that uses "magnets" as some kind of health device.
Never buy silver from a "health" place, even the local gold merchant will rip you off, but not that much.

I just bought 2 pieces of silver form them and they charged me 40 USD plus shipping theta is like 53 dlls for something that you can buy for 10 dlls somewhere else

I included the Sota link because, in my experience, they are efficient, reliable and integrity driven.
.9999 grade silver can be bought from many other sources, you are not obliged to buy it from anyone in particular. Bob beck provided the necessary blueprints to make your own devices, which is all well and good but if you do not have the capacity to make these devices yourself, you have to expect to pay a premium to those who do. Exercise due diligence before buying from anyone.

I like this beans an rice idea. I never knew you could get decent protien this way. I live on a budget and not having to buy so much expensive meat (I like it so I will still buy some) would be great. Anyone got any bean and rice recipie tips?
