1990 Nissan 240SX SR20DET 0-60mph

Made a 0-60 vid for my Crown Vic, figured there should be one for the Nissan. Clutch is slipping, but still gets the job done. Wanted to do a 0-60-0 vid, but couldnt while holding the camera. Quality sucks, you will have to hit the watch in HQ button if you want t see the numbers on the speedo...

Mod list- 1990 240SX hatch with SR20DET Redtop, Bing's large FMIC, Turbosmart Stealth BOV, HKS Honeycomb filter, Megan Racing exhaust manifold, Megan racing 3" exhaust turbo-back with 3" magnaflow cat, stock injectors/maf/turbo, stock KA clutch (no wonder its slipping), HKS turbo timer and electronic boost controller, APEXi Power FC engine management, 5 bolt conversion with 300ZX TT front brakes, 1995 240SX rear brakes....

I'm shopping for a new clutch right now. The head will also be coming off this weekend for a re-build and other various work to prepare the car for the spring/summer. Gotta wake it up this weekend...

Right on,Did you use the maxima clutch? Are you running such low boost for the clutchs sake?

Its actually a stock sohc KA clutch. It came in the car when I bought it. A new clutch was one of the first things on my list to change... I'm running near stock boost for reliability's sake

7 sec 0-60, Must be stock huh,about 10-11 psi right? Not bad.. Im hitting 95 mph in 7 sec. But im sure you can still walk most cars on the street. I would like to see more footage. BURNOUTS!!!!!!!!!every one likes hearing the turbo, bov &tires

I'm actually running .55bar, so somewhere around 7-8psi. Running fairly rich and with a stock KA clutch rated for like 140hp. Its seen better days and is slipping pretty bad, but is still a blast to drive, more than quick enough for me, but definatly not insane. Motors pushing 150,000km without a re-build. I'll try to get a burnout vid up sometime, but the car is pulled off th road right now for winter. Thanks for the comments

ha ha don't listen to Sr20 balls deep, I got a 6 puck ACT extreme and a Fidanza Flywheel it is 11.2lbs

Just throughing it out there.. I have a stock sr clutch that has a lot of life on it still, actually I have 2 but if you want one just pay for the shipping and its all yours, If you need other parts for sr's or 240's im selling a bunch of stuff for little to no price other than shipping, almost any thng oem that you can think of and some after market parts too.
