This is probably one of the finest early Motown songs, composed by Smokey Robinson, it was the 'B'side to "Shop Around", the Miracles first million seller in 1961. This song was covered by a number of Motown artists as The Supremes, The Temptations, Brenda Holloway, the Jackson Five, etc. as well as artists outside of Motown. This song is a true classic.

By the way, the name of this group is THE MIRACLES.....not "Smokey" . Let's give credit to ALL of them , SMOKEY ROBINSON, CLAUDETTE ROBINSON, BOBBY ROGERS , PETE MOORE, RONNIE WHITE, and MARV TARPLIN. They deserve it.
Smokey didn't record this song all by himself.
