  • @Mickperry44 Keep them close to your Warriors and keep them back a bit and it will help with a extra WWB like next to a Monolith

  • I'm going to assume your very new to tau and didn't realise that tau don't do close combat, if your that close, rapidfire and hope for the best

  • necrons are an extremely difficult army to beat if they are played well cause they are more resilient point for point than plague marines, especially if you couple them together with the use of monoliths.

I have seen a unit of necrons rapid fire for 3 consecutive turns on whatever target they are firing at and only lose 3 models in turn because there was a lord with a res orb in the squad and they were porting through a monolith.

3+ save with a re-rollable 4+ WBB after porting is nasty.

  • If a unit is still locked in combat with a secondary unit, then they can not perform a sweeping advance against another unit that starts fleeing. It also works the other way if 2 separate units are fleeing from a combat and you want to perform a sweeping advance against them both.

Basically, to sweeping advance, you need to not be locked in combat and you need at least 1 squad or unit remaining in B2B with at least 1 model from the fleeing unit to be able to sweeping advance.

  • If a unit fails to catch their defeated opponent in a sweeping advance they may only consolidate.

  • i love the battle suit guys cos they remind me of gundam:p YES IM A SUCKER FOR MECHA ANIME ;I

  • I think Stealthsuits are a little weak. They've got great suvivability but AP 5 on an elites choice just doesn't cut it. They should have had a special kind of burst cannon or something that's AP 3 but only 2 shots, all the other stats the same. I mean come on, they are elites after all. Other than that they're great, fusion blasters are nice, etc.

  • lol this is prehistoric

  • looks like it was filmed in the early 90's haha but good report

  • lol @ everyone failing at spelling "illegal"
