Yeah, I agree. It would've been another good "preview" as to the 2nd playthrough Hi-Ougi's. The only reason I found ot was because of the internet X_X.

You need the Key of Lorelei equipped, and I think it's the same as Jade's Indignation. I'm not 100% sure. Check gamefaqs. They'd know.
