More progress on the advanced LBA engine. Dynamic lighting again and an awesome 3D effect, all using orginal LBA1 graphics and scene files. Shadows will return later. ^_^

Lots of tweaks to make to it still, but its just a proof of concept.

  • what song is that?

  • @VelhoMilonguero Its one from the LBA soundtrack, I don't remember the title.

  • Woow, that's amazing! :D What software did you use?

  • @Courgettecuite I created it in microsoft visual c++

  • @RobertJGowans Hows this project going? It looks like a solid base to work with, and it would be really sad to see that go to waste. So many fan based projects get off to a solid start and then fissle out through lack of interest. If your not investing time in this anymore, any chance you can open source it to the fans at Magicball Network.

  • @dawidmurray I'm no longer doing anything with it as it was just a proof of concept. I also no longer have the code for this demo (It evolved into something completely different). But the owner of LBANet did use some of my ideas in his project, so you can check that out if you like. (do a google for lbanet)
