@TheStewartFamily5 I agree. I prefer Hunters because I love jumping, but I also strive to have great equitation. I love the grace in Hunter Jumper. As for show jumping, I love the thrill of going high, but if I do that consistently, its really bad on my horse (and all horses)

@hezakeeper actually, though that is true, the difference is the way you are judged. In Show Jumping, all that matters is time and minimum faults. In Hunter/Jumper, you are judged not on time, but on beauty. You must have the best form, equitation, and presence in the ring to win. Hope that helped. = )

Hunter/Jumper refers to both deciplines of hunters AND jumpers. Show jumpers are basically jumpers.
