how often do you do plyometrics? is most of you vert from your strength?

right now I do two days a week two different workouts. You can do one or three also, depends on what plyos you're doing and what else you're doing. The training programs I made are free now if you want to see examples.
I have average strength and average plyometric ability but my explosiveness is good
