@LulzRoyce thats amazing to not have a sweet tooth, thats my biggest weakness. ur lucky to be at 7% bf all year round, without having a on point diet! wat are your measurements? height/weight/waist at 7%.
funny thing is im also 25, im around 9% but ive always been stuck at 9, im tryin everything to break that plateau to go below, but nothing seems to work. i have good size, i jus need to cut a bit more!

Most of them are complex carbs yes, I am lucky to not only have good genetics and metabolism but I naturally dont have a sweet tooth. So I'd take a steak or chicken over candy any day! lol. But I do still drink tons of milk which is a semi-simple carb, the sugars in milk are long-chain sugars and take longer to break down than refined sugars. My diet isn't on point at all I'd say, my protein/carbs is but its not all healthy. I'm just young still, 25, so having a 7% bfat is luck

@LulzRoyce yes ur right! but the way u said carbs make u fat, manipulates everyones mind these days makin them think that carbs are bad bad bad! carbs are very important for a diet! cutting out any one macronutrient too much one way hinders fat loss. i cudnt agree with u any more about everyone being different to insulin sensitivity and carb intake! thats amazing u can demolish 500g and have a six pack year round! im assuming most of that 500 is complex! if not, u are one lucky mofo!

Yes but I never said cut them out completely. Cutting carbs out completely is a sure fire way to lose muscle as well since your body will be eating every last bit of protein you ingest for energy instead of using it for building muscle. 50-100 carbs a day is good enough for cutting I'd say, but everyones different. I consume around 500 grams of carbs a day and I have a sixpack year round lol some are just not sensitive to carbs.

@LulzRoyce too many carbs make u fat! when u cut carbs out completely, u start using muscle glucose for fuel rather than fat and u start losing muscle instead of fat, u will still lose fat, but its no the most effective way to lose fat! there is still a lot of things to learn my friend!

fat doesnt make you fat, carbs do. I cant believe people are still so uneducated about fitness and nutrition. no wonder everyone is fat.

@Bob8199 But them big, and if you got shit abs genetic like he does, you need to pump them up too for showing them.

@Bob8199 uum, ur half right, its nutrition AND those ab excercises, seriously if u dont train ur abs a lot, and i mean like 3-4 times a week u will, and i guarantee it, never get abs that look as good as his.

The main reason that guy's abs look so defined is not because of those ab exercises. It's mainly because he practices good nutrition, aka high protein, low fat diet, and he probably does lots of cardio.
