On February 2, 1987, Coach Joe Paterno and his 1986 National Championship team are invited to the White House by President Ronald Reagan. In this clip, the President congratulates the team for their victory over the Miami Hurricanes, 14-10. Coach Paterno presents the President with a football jersey. President of Penn State, Dr. Bryce Jordan, presents President Reagan with a Nittany Lion statue.
