@Bl00dlines das ist doch kein Hexenwerk... Chavez hält seine Gefolgschaft an der kurzen Leine, indem er sie mit kleinen Almosen(Beispiel "Essensgutscheine") abhängig macht. Somit verlieren viele Menschen in Venezuela ihren individuellen Antrieb und Perspektiven, können sich sozial und wirtschaftlich langfristig nicht verbessen, und das ist von Chavez auch so GEWOLLT. Denn denn wenn es den Leuten besser gehen würde, dann würden sie ihm als Wähler in Scharen davonlaufen.
