Knitting tutorial on how to attach a sleeve using crochet slip stitch.
Quick and neat - alternative to grafting (I think it's better!).
Make sure the tension of slip stitches are neither too tight nor too loose.

The example garment is called Arundel featured in The Knitter Magazine Issue 49.
Yarn: Debbie Bliss Rialto
Crochet hook: Clover

So you could basically crochet knitted panels together into a sweater with this technique??

Yes exactly. The tip is to do it not too tight but not too loose. It's really good because you can easily unravel it and re-do the crochet to adjust.

yes, it's a wooden pins to keep the knitted pieces aligned while grafting etc. This one was bought from a random shop so I don't know the name of the brand but you can purchase similar thing from Clover brand.
