Gently stretching, breathing with awareness, three to twelve repetitions each: (1) Lifting the heavens (2) Shooting the arrow (3) Separating heaven and earth (4) Looking behind (5) Swaying the head and swinging the tail (6) Hands holding feet (7) Screwing the fist with fiery eyes (8) Rocking the bubbling wells.
NOTE: At 2:20, I inadvertently dropped two variations from the Looking Behind movement; we look behind while arms are at sides, then look behind while palms are resting on lower back, then look behind while arms are in a circle in front of the chest. I will add these variations in when I can re-do the video.
