This film was created in Casa Jovem's video workshop, produced by the NGO Amigos da Vida (www.ilsorrisodeimieibimbi.org) & Viramundo (www.viramundo.org), with the support of CO2 (www.www.theco2.org) and sponsored by TIM©. It was fully made by youngsters who live in the community of Rocinha, in Rio de Janeiro, (the largest slum in Brazil), and are concerned with the social prejudice, which often presents itself disguised and dare not speak its name.
Its provocative title suggests how much pathological prejudice is. It's a timely docuvideo, specially now when the police just ocuppied Rocinha claiming to have done so on behalf of their residents.
