I love how people really fail at using their ears when charting.
Why does the first two sets of notes have to be different when it's the same chord in the music.

You are correct. The reason for that is that this chart is very old and it is full of mistakes everywhere :P. I should probably upload the re-done version sometime soon.

Nice chart, I did notice some missing notes and a few flourishes that were a bit off though; kind of bugs me. It's certainly nothing of major importance, I just seem to be very OCD about some things.

Yeah the chart is old and I've noticed some mistakes here and there. But I'm too lazy to do another video for the fixed chart.
